THE NEW MEASURED ACCESSORIES
Open Tech 3D has therefore completely re-designed two essential accessories: the calibration master and the reference ring. Both are now made with a special aluminium honeycomb structure, are individually screen-printed and coded, and are measured with a certified CNC machine within the company.
THE ADVANCED CALIBRATION SYSTEM
The periodic calibration carried out with the new calibration master is even more effective and stable over time. The use of the reference ring not only helps the automatic alignments in the software, but also activates the automatic recalibration at the start of each project. The accuracy and repeatability values of the system are thus always certain, even as the environmental conditions vary during the day.
